What Ash says:

I started with Martin Tolhurst in 2024 after my family relocated from London down to Kent, although I studied English and French Law at the University of Kent in Canterbury, so it is great being back in the area at a different point in life. Having worked in some of the most well established London firms in the last 10 years, I have been fortunate enough to work on a variety of complex matters including land acquisitions and plot sales for small developers, off plan new build purchases and purchases for high net worth individuals.

I qualified as a Licenced Conveyancer in 2020 after completing the CLC Level 6 training alongside working full time as a conveyancing fee-earner, gaining invaluable practical experience up until this point.  I understand that no transaction comes without its challenges, so pride myself on being adaptable, professional and approachable to ensure my clients are given the best experience possible.

If I were not a lawyer, I would be...

probably out hiking with my son and my 2 dogs as I don’t think my body would thank me if I went back to playing rugby at this age.  Although, I’ve always been a bit of an adrenaline junkie, so I’d love to have worked as a skiing or diving instructor too!
