Molly Newland

Licensed Conveyancer

Molly joined the firm in July 2024 as a Licensed Conveyancer within the Conveyancing Department dealing with residential conveyancing matters.

What Molly says:

I started working in a local Conveyancing firm in 2017 as Legal Cashier. Whilst carrying out this role I gained an interest in the conveyancing process and began studying for my CLC Level 4 Qualification. I registered as a Conveyancing Technician with the CLC in 2021. I then continued to study for my CLC Level 6 Qualification and began working as a Paralegal in the conveyancing department of another local firm where I gained experience and developed my skills. I qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer with the CLC in March 2023.

I started working for Martin Tolhurst in July 2024 as a Licensed Conveyancer in the Residential department where I will continue to gain experience and develop my skills.

Outside of work I enjoy going to musicals at the west end and building LEGO! I am also studying for the SQE and hope to qualify as a Solicitor in the future.

If I were not a lawyer, I would be...

A backup dancer for Taylor Swift.

If I were stranded on a desert island and could take three pieces of music (or books) with me, they would be…

Any three books written by Freida McFadden.
