Wendy Gudgeon

Conveyancer

Wendy joined the firm in June 2024 as a Conveyancer within the Residential Conveyancing Department dealing with all residential conveyancing matters.

What Wendy says:

I am an experienced residential conveyancer having worked in this type of role for almost 25 years. I have extensive experience in sales, purchases, new builds, shared ownership, right to buys, leasehold and re-mortgages, dealing with new and existing clients. Client care is of utmost importance to me and I will always endeavour to make myself available for prompt client updates and queries. I completed a Degree in Law in (approx.) 1995 in which I was awarded a 2:2 at Middlessex University in Hendon. I am friendly and approachable with excellent organisation skills due to studying, working full time and raising my daughter simultaneously.

Outside of work I enjoy reading, puzzles and spending time with my daughter. I love animals, I am a qualified scuba diver and travelling the world is my passion. I also have the best family and friends

If I were not a lawyer, I would be...

A forensic scientist. I love crime documentaries and see myself as a real life silent witness.

If I were stranded on a desert island and could take three pieces of music (or books) with me, they would be…

The Harry Potter series, The detective Grace books or my Spotify playlists…including the Christmas playlist.
