ISO 9001:2015 Certification
Martin Tolhurst is delighted to announce that it has maintained its ISO 9001:2015 certification, which it achieved in 2019. ISO 9001:2015 is an internationally recognised standard that ensures services meet clients' needs through an effective quality management system.
In July, the Firm sailed through rigorous audits across its Gravesend, Ashford, Medway, Longfield, and Sittingbourne offices to achieve accreditation. The ISO 9001 certification is great news for Martin Tolhurst, especially in light of its continued growth, demonstrating both sustained competency and consistency in excellence across its processes and procedures.
Quality is at the heart of everything we do, and we continue to challenge ourselves to improve our services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of our clients while always complying with regulations and specifications.
We are particularly proud to have completed the entire assessment period with 0 nonconformities, 0 opportunities for improvement, and many mentions of best practices. In particular, the Firm was praised for its approach to improving cyber security, its excellent control of staff workload, and the strength of its communication.
