Martin Tolhurst is proud to announce that we have recently been re-accredited with the Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) quality mark. This quality mark is a recognised standard for residential conveyancing practices in the UK, awarded by the Law Society.
We see this as a significant achievement that demonstrates our continuing commitment to providing high-quality conveyancing services to our clients. We are proud of our team of conveyancers, whose dedication and hard work have helped us earn this recognition. The CQS quality mark is awarded annually and allows our expert team to benefit from CQS training programmes, risk management, client care and compliance reviews.
To ensure re-accreditation, our teams have to demonstrate their expertise in delivering quality residential conveyancing advice, recognise and reduce risks, and keep our clients informed about what to expect from the conveyancing process. Richard Carter, our Managing Partner, says, “The achievement is a testament to the firm’s ongoing commitment to providing exceptional conveyancing services not only to our clients but also to insurers, regulators and lenders. Our conveyancing teams have worked hard to ensure our standards are highly maintained, and we are proud to have the CQS quality mark to show for it.”
