New Partner Announcement

Martin Tolhurst Solicitors is delighted to announce the appointment of Abdul Mutallib as a Partner of the Firm, who has achieved his position with persistent and successful work.

Abdul brings a unique blended skill-set to MTP’s residential conveyancing department. Since joining the Firm in 2014, he has had a great impact on client service, team leadership, and overall growth of the Firm.

He deals with sale and purchase transactions including Leaseholds, Freeholds and New Builds. Over the last 3 years he has specialised in transactions involving Lifetime Mortgages, Help to Buy Mortgages, Help to Buy ISA’s, Freehold Estate Rent Charges and Deeds of Variation.

Abdul was appointed as a partner on 1st April 2021, taking the total number of Partners to ten. Abdul comments below:

“I am thrilled to have been given the opportunity of becoming a Partner of Martin Tolhurst Solicitors. Having undertaken my training contract, it was my aspiration to become a Partner of this forward thinking and progressive firm.

When I met with the Managing Partner at my interview back in 2014 I felt that as a firm they were prepared to support my career development. Since joining I have been mentored by partners who have made me feel a valued member of the firm. I hope to bring new ideas to the partnership and contribute to the existing excellent platform, helping to drive the firm’s future growth. In particular, I am excited about the firm’s commitment to becoming environmental-friendly in the way we work.
