Adam Waters

Adam is a Litigation Executive and is based at our Gillingham office. He specialises in property related disputes, including Residential Landlord and Tenant, Commercial Landlord and Tenant and Neighbour Disputes.

What Adam says:

I have over 14 years litigation experience and was enrolled as an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (“Cilex”) in September 2010. I have also gained Cilex Level 6 Certificates in the Law of Tort, Contract Law, Criminal Law, European Union Law, Public Law, Land Law and Landlord and Tenant Law.  

For the past 7 or 8 years I have mainly specialised in property related disputes, including:
